Fully complete and ready to hand over is our latest housing project, Sixth Avenue. Working for Kirklees Council to provide desirable council housing in an infill plot in Liversedge, we have built 10 new build bungalows including all civil and landscaping. 

This was our first project working under the latest regulations which incorporated PV panels, EV charging, heat recovery and triple glazing to make this our most energy efficient housing project to date.

The houses are fully finished and fitted to a moving-in standard, ready for the new tenants.
