We’re excited to share the successful completion of our latest social housing project. Taking over from a previous contractor, we stepped in to finish the construction of 7 new homes for social rent. The site had been partially developed, with drainage work started and homes in various stages of completion. After sitting vacant for 18 months, the elements had taken a toll—four of the properties required stripping back and drying out before we could bring them back to life.

Despite the challenges, we delivered each property to a high standard, meeting both time and budget requirements. From finishing the drainage system to the final touches on all the homes, we made sure everything was completed with precision, providing quality, affordable housing that meets the community’s needs.
