New Modular Changing Facility – Tynemouth Swimming Pool, Tyne and Wear

Working with Portakabin and Kier, we undertook all ground works and service connections as well as constructing access ramps and steps for a temporary changing facility and a walkway to the existing swimming pool.
New Modular Hospital – Cockermouth Community Hospital, Cumbria

When the River Derwent burst its banks in 2009 causing major flooding, we were appointed by Portakabin to undertake works for a new emergency hospital which took three weeks to construct and commission.
New Modular School – Campsmount Technology College, Doncaster

Working with Portakabin, we were rapidly able to complete the ground works for an all new school configured using 179 steel framed modules across 6000 metres square which enabled the school to re-open just 10 weeks after its buildings were destroyed in a devastating fire.
New Modular Health Centre – Battle Hill Health Centre, Wallsend

We undertook all ground works, service connections and external works including landscaping for a new modular constructed health centre which has 500 registered patients and facilities including x-ray, ultrasound and echocardiography.
