In the thriving market town of Wetherby, we stripped out the building and fully refurbished to a high standard, the ‘Spice Box’ restaurant and formed new luxury high street apartments.

Due to its town centre location, careful planning was required to avoid access/traffic disruption and potential noise which could disturb adjoining businesses and neighbours.

As the building was listed, most of the existing features were to be retained and the ground floor was fitted with a state of the art brasserie.
